Bolt's Owner Couldn't Keep Him

Handsome boy Bolt is scared and confused. Sadly this chihuahua mix was dropped off at a WVA shelter because his owner is facing health issues. Bolt doesn't understand why he has to live in a loud and overcrowded shelter instead of a warm and quiet home. We know we can help Bolt find a new home, but we need your help to get him to Homeward Trails. Can you please chip in to spring Bolt from the shelter?
