History:

Provided meals to the Lexington community for over 40 years
Initially, meals were prepared by Tri-County Hospital; now prepared at the Lexington Grand Generation Center since 1993

Current Operations:

Meals are prepared and delivered Monday through Friday, averaging 35 meals daily
Volunteers from various Lexington churches rotate to deliver the meals

Eligibility:

Home-delivered meals are provided to individuals unable to prepare their meals due to illness, disabilities, or doctor's orders, based on referrals

Support Needed:

Continued support from volunteers and donations ensures the ongoing delivery of healthy meals to those in need
