SUPPORTING PATRONS OF THE ARTS
The Minuteman Fine Arts Association was established to promote fine arts and support the excellent teachers and students in Lexington Public Schools. The MFAA helps bring people together in support of the youth in a non-academic arena, giving many students a chance to shine and share their talents. Over 250 students participate in the Fine arts programs provided in our High School.
Your performance arts donation dollars would support:
MARCHING & CONCERT BAND • ONE-ACT • CHOIR • JAZZ BAND • MUSICAL/VARIETY SHOW • SHOW CHOIR
With the help of parents and friends in our community, MFAA can:
- Help support youth going to state and national events.
- Assist with equipment purchases, scholarships to camps, clinician fees, and contest expenses.
- Provide opportunities through trips and culturally enriching activities.
- Lend general support beyond the school budget.
BE A PART OF THIS SUCCESS!
We require your help to keep going strong. The MFAA meets to discuss matters involving the needs and support of these programs. ANYONE with a student involved in fine arts is encouraged to attend. Meeting times are the 2nd Monday of every month during the school year at 6:30 p.m. in the LHS band room.
We invite you to join us and infuse the fine arts program at LHS with your financial contribution.
Thank you for supporting one of the most successful programs to serve Lexington students.
