Overton Cemetery Improvements

OVERTON CEMETERY

The Overton Cemetery is listed as a cause for Give BIG Overton for the fourth year. Funds from Give BIG Overton have been used to install a new Cemetery directory, add a shaded structure with benches, and add a Veteran's memorial. 

The Overton Cemetery is seeking funding to begin renovating the east fence and cemetery entrances. Replacement of the chain-link fence and widening the gates is a desire of the board due to the deterioration of the fence and the narrow openings. Any gifts would be greatly appreciated. 

Overton has a well-kept cemetery that we are proud to have in our community. These additions to the cemetery will add beauty and convenience.
